8A. REI BOSS Text Message Program

Program name: REI BOSS Account Alerts, operated by Alphas Digital, LLC.

Program description: REI BOSS users who opt in receive text messages about their REI BOSS account, including one-time login verification codes, account notifications (such as billing updates, password changes and team invitations), onboarding and support messages, and in-app activity alerts (such as new leads assigned, tasks due and meeting reminders). Users who separately opt in to promotional messages also receive occasional updates about new features, training events and plan upgrades.

Opting in: You opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box when you create your account or in your profile settings. Consent is not required to use REI BOSS or to make any purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe.
