Privacy Policy

REI BOSS is operated by Alpha's Digital LLC ("Alpha's Digital," "REI BOSS," "we," "us," or "our").

Effective date: October 14, 2026 Last updated: October 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information when you visit reiboss.io and any related pages (the "Site"), and when you or your company use the REI BOSS software, mobile app, AI features and related services (together, the "Services").

If you have questions, contact us at any time using the details in "Contact Us" at the end of this policy.

1. Who this policy covers

REI BOSS is business software for real estate investing companies. This policy covers three groups of people:

  • Visitors — people who browse the Site, take the AI Business Assessment, book a demo or contact us.
  • Customers and Users — companies that subscribe to REI BOSS ("Customers") and the team members they invite to use it ("Users").
  • Contacts in Customer Data — property owners, sellers, buyers, tenants, contractors and other people whose information a Customer stores or processes in REI BOSS.

Our role with Customer Data. When a Customer puts information about its own contacts into REI BOSS — for example seller leads, buyer lists, call notes or tenant records — the Customer decides what is collected and why. For that information, we act as a service provider (processor) on the Customer's behalf and handle it only to provide the Services under our agreement with that Customer. If you are a contact of one of our Customers and have a question about your information, please contact that company directly; we will help them respond to your request.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us

  • Account and profile information: name, email address, phone number, company name, job role or seat, password or sign-in credentials, and profile photo.
  • Billing information: billing name, billing address and plan details. Payment card details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Business and onboarding information: answers you give in the AI Business Assessment and the Blueprint Interview, such as your goals, team size, deal volume, revenue ranges, core values and company structure.
  • Customer Data: information you or your team enter into or import into the Services, including leads, property records, deal details, buyer and seller contact information, notes, tasks, meeting records, scorecard numbers, documents, photos and files.
  • Communications: messages, calls and texts you send through the Services (for example click-to-call, SMS and email features), support requests, and feedback you send us.
  • Connected accounts: if you connect a third-party account (for example Google, a phone or SMS provider, a CRM or a document storage service), we receive the information that service shares with us under the permissions you grant.

2.2 Information we collect automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, features used, clicks, time and date of access, and referring URLs.
  • Log and diagnostic data: error reports, performance data and security logs.
  • Approximate location: derived from IP address. If you use a location-based feature (such as a driving-for-dollars or route feature), we collect precise device location only while you have that feature turned on and have granted permission on your device.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 7.

2.3 Information from other sources

  • Property and public-record data: we may obtain property characteristics, ownership records and similar public or commercially available data from data providers to enrich property records in the Services.
  • Contact enrichment and skip tracing: where a Customer uses an enrichment or skip-tracing feature, we obtain contact information from third-party data providers on that Customer's instruction.
  • Partners and referrals: if a partner or another Customer refers you, we may receive your name and contact details.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  1. Provide and operate the Services — create accounts, run pipelines, dashboards, meetings and scorecards, route handoffs between departments, and deliver the features you use.
  2. Power AI features — generate briefings, summaries, suggestions, coaching, drafted issues and reports, and answer questions about your business using your Customer Data. See Section 5.
  3. Communicate with you — send account, security and service messages, respond to support requests, and, where permitted, send product updates and marketing (you can opt out at any time).
  4. Process payments — bill subscriptions and add-ons and prevent fraud.
  5. Improve and secure the Services — monitor performance, fix bugs, understand how features are used, protect against abuse, and keep accounts and data secure.
  6. Comply with law — meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations, and enforce our Terms of Service.

We process Customer Data only to provide the Services to that Customer, as described in our agreement with them, and not for our own marketing.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only as follows:

  • Within your company's workspace: information you add is visible to other Users in your company according to the roles and permissions your company sets.
  • Service providers (subprocessors): vendors who help us run the Services under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing services to us. These include providers of:
    • cloud hosting, databases and file storage;
    • AI and large-language-model processing;
    • email delivery;
    • telephone calling and SMS messaging;
    • payment processing;
    • property data, contact enrichment and skip tracing;
    • e-signature and document services;
    • analytics, error monitoring and customer support. A current list of subprocessors is available on request at privacy@reiboss.io.
  • Integrations you choose: when you connect a third-party service, we share information with it as needed to make that integration work. That service's own privacy policy applies to its handling of the information.
  • Legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, a court order or other legal process; to protect the rights, property or safety of REI BOSS, our Customers or others; or to investigate fraud or security issues.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.
  • With your consent: for any other purpose you agree to.

5. Artificial intelligence features

REI BOSS includes AI features, including the BOSS AI Chief of Staff, that read the data in your workspace to produce briefings, alerts, suggestions, drafts and reports.

  • Processing: to generate AI outputs, relevant parts of your Customer Data and prompts are sent to our AI model providers for processing.
  • Your data is used for your workspace: we use Customer Data in AI features to provide the Services to your company. We do not sell Customer Data, and we do not use one Customer's data to generate outputs for another Customer.
  • Human review: AI outputs can be wrong. Messages to sellers, buyers or other outside parties are presented as drafts for your team to review and send. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it.
  • Your controls: a Visionary or Operator on your account can manage AI settings for the workspace, and you can ask us to delete AI interview transcripts (such as Blueprint Interview conversations) while keeping the outputs you have accepted.

6. Text messaging (SMS) and calling

If you use REI BOSS calling or texting features, or opt in to receive text messages from us:

  • No sharing of mobile information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers that help us deliver the messages.
  • Our messages to you: if you opt in to texts from REI BOSS (for example account alerts or reminders), message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.
  • Messages your company sends: when a Customer uses REI BOSS to call or text its own contacts, the Customer is the sender and is responsible for obtaining any consent required by law (including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and carrier rules) and for honoring opt-out requests. Our systems process opt-out keywords such as STOP on the Customer's behalf.
  • Call recording: if a Customer enables call recording, recordings and transcripts are stored in that Customer's workspace. The Customer is responsible for providing any notice and obtaining any consent required by recording laws.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to:

  • keep you signed in and remember your preferences (essential);
  • understand how the Site and Services are used so we can improve them (analytics); and
  • measure the effectiveness of our marketing, where permitted (advertising).

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the Services from working.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: where required by law, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser.

8. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Account information is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
  • Customer Data is kept for the life of the Customer's subscription. After a Customer cancels, we keep it for a limited period so the Customer can export it, then delete or de-identify it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
  • Backups may keep copies for a limited additional period until they are overwritten on our normal schedule.
  • Logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

9. How we protect information

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls by team and role, separation of each Customer's data, and logging of access to sensitive systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for controlling who in your company has access.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete your personal information;
  • receive a copy of your information in a portable format;
  • opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link) and texts (reply STOP);
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, or targeted advertising (we do not sell or share personal information, but you may still submit a request); and
  • appeal a decision we make about your request.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights under those laws. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

How to make a request: email privacy@reiboss.io or write to us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.

If your information is in a Customer's workspace: please contact that Customer. If you contact us, we will forward your request to them and help them respond.

11. Children's privacy

The Services are designed for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. International users

REI BOSS is operated from the United States, and information is stored and processed in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

The Site and Services may link to or integrate with websites and services we do not control. This policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. If we make material changes, we will notify Customers by email or through the Services before the changes take effect.
